Analysis of the impact of planned maintenance at the Maida Vale studios leading to a 20% reduction in staffing whilst improving uptime and reducing mean time to repair.
Introduction of a formal project management process to the BBC Radio Technology Team and specification of an online project office tool which was subsequently adopted across the BBC.
